ARCHITECTURE

CJMW Architecture's staff is led by a team of talented professionals experienced in the design of health-care, educational, industrial, corporate office, performing arts, cultural, civic and senior living projects. The firm's project approach is client-inclusive. CJMW Architecture does not approach projects with pre-conceived ideas; nor does the firm have a "signature style". CJMW Architecture's design approach is in direct response to project-specific factors such as building type, budget, context, site, and most importantly, client goals and vision.

 

ENGINEERING

CJMW Architecture offers in-house mechanical and electrical engineering for building systems, including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, data and communication systems. CJMW Architecture provides structural and civil engineering through consultants.

 

INTERIOR DESIGN

The Interior Designers at CJMW Architecture provide services ranging from space planning and programming to move management, materials selection and furniture procurement. The Interiors team works integrally with architects and engineers to define interior spaces, develop aesthetically-pleasing and supportive environments, implement ergonomic systems, and recommend requirements for lighting and communication.

 

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

The CJMW Architecture LEED accredited architects, engineers and interior designers provide advice and consultation relative to sustainable design as well as services associated with LEED certification. CJMW Architecture helps each client determine what level of "green" makes sense for his or her project vision and budget. CJMW Architecture's experience with sustainable design enables the firm to address green building at many levels, from small interior renovations using recycled materials and low-or-no-VOC finishes to large-scale new buildings designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED standards.

 

DIGITAL IMAGING

CJMW Architecture provides high-quality three-dimensional modeling, rendering and animation to help clients visualize proposed design solutions and to support client's marketing and fund-raising needs.

 

BIM TECHNOLOGY

CJMW Architecture is a regional leader in the use of BIM software which creates three-dimensional building models incorporating quantities and properties of materials and products. BIM offers efficiencies in the production of design drawings, bidding, construction and building management.
